This is followed by the preparation of a pre-bid specifications submittal packet. This document specifies in detail all painting-related bidding requirements, i.e., summary of work, general requirements, regulatory stipulations, products, procedures, and project close-out. Entering into a bidding process with all aspects of the work to be performed thus detailed insures that all parties are on the same page and also saves the project administrator considerable time and energy.
